The Advantage Coach
The Athlete’s Coach
Stephanie Fitzpatrick AKA “The Advantage Coach”
is a passionate behavioral health professional who works for athletes and other high-performing individuals at every level. She believes that when people are healthy, happy, and whole across mental, behavioral, physical, and spiritual dimensions, they are able to perform at their highest capacity—both in their profession and in life beyond it. Stephanie creates space for this growth through life coaching with an emphasis on transition, spiritual coaching, motivational speaking, workshop facilitation, chaplaincy, and small-group leadership, equipping driven individuals to navigate pressure, identity, and purpose with clarity and confidence.
Her journey to this work has been intentional and hard-won. A lifelong love of sports shaped her understanding of performance, discipline, and resilience from an early age. Growing up, her father immersed her in the world of athletics—watching games together, attending events, and teaching her the nuances of competition—ensuring she understood not just the game itself, but the mindset behind it. That foundation now informs her mission to serve athletes and high performers as they pursue excellence without sacrificing their well-being or sense of self.
She earned her Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Education, Entrepreneurial Management, and Business Management from Georgia State University, followed by a Master of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. As she began her career in education, Stephanie remained deeply connected to the world of sports—but her perspective evolved. Rather than focusing solely on performance or outcomes, she became increasingly aware of the individuality of athletes and high-performing individuals, recognizing the unique pressures, identities, and expectations they carry beyond their roles.
Over time, her attention shifted toward mental and emotional well-being rather than physical prowess alone. After witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by top-tier athletes and other high performers during major life and career transitions—such as high school to college, college to professional ranks, leadership roles, or life after peak performance—and recognizing her ability to build genuine rapport and trust, Stephanie pursued and earned her ICF-accredited Life Coach certification. From that point forward, she has devoted her energy to supporting athletes and high performers as they navigate transition, sustain well-being, and thrive beyond any single season or title.
Her resume includes Chick fil Play It Smart Academic Coach in Atlanta Public Schools, Board Member for the Touchdown Club of Atlanta, Life Coach for Pro Football Hall of Fame Behavioral Health Program, co-host of Rice Awards Nominated Field to the Real Podcast, Ambassador for Fellowship of Christian Athletes (Huddle leader and Chaplain for collegiate and professional sports) and owner of 7 Crowns Enterprises LLC. Stephanie plans to continue to make a difference wherever she can to give athletes an advantage in life!
